1. Who is teaching the class?
* Are they industry professionals
* What kind of training program do they go through
* Are they certified to teach

2. What is being taught?

No, PPF does offer Pilates classes
taught by certified pilates instructors as part of your membership fee.
* PPF believes that you should focus on the pole.
* PPF believes that Pilates classes should only be

levels beginning, Intermediate, and advanced.
* PPF classes are very small which allows us to
spend more one on one time with
our clients and you will not ever share your pole with other class
participants.

3. How long is the actual pole dancing part of the
class?

on the pole
* Not only is distance a factor, but how bad is the
